Co-Ed. Adult Recreational Hockey Players
Ice Time: 90 minutes of instruction daily (Evening time TBA)
Focus: Mon, Tues & Wed - Power skating, shooting, stick handling and passing skills and mini games
Thurs - Fri - Break out positioning, break outs, team play and instructional scrimmage.
